Introduction
We are a Danish company with a growing team in Bangkok, supporting international clients with full-funnel digital marketing. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, coordinating across paid media, SEO, content, and email while running the day-to-day on selected channels. You will be the person who holds the full picture of how channels work together and where the next gain comes from. You are expected to take ownership of marketing outcomes and operate with limited daily supervision.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate marketing activity across paid media, SEO, content, and email
- Own the execution on at least one channel directly (typically paid or email)
- Build and maintain reporting that ties channel performance to business outcomes
- Identify the highest-leverage next move based on data, not preference
- Brief specialists (designers, copywriters, developers) and keep work moving
- Run experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and post-mortems
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels
- Hands-on execution experience. This is not a pure strategy role
- Strong command of GA4 and at least one channel platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Solid analytical mindset and comfort working in spreadsheets
- Ability to read cross-channel data and decide where to invest next
- Experience running marketing for B2B, ecommerce, or SaaS in a structured way
- Strong written communication and ability to brief specialists clearly
- Comfortable using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) as support, not as a dependency
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io)
- CRM experience and basic understanding of lead scoring or lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with attribution modeling beyond last-click
- Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar)
- Scandinavian or European market experience
