Meta Ads Specialist (Paid Social & Creative Testing)

Location: Sam Yan, Bangkok – Full-time onsite (hybrid flexibility after onboarding)

Introduction

We are a Danish company with a growing team in Bangkok, supporting international clients with paid media and performance marketing. This role owns paid social on Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, across multiple accounts. You will run the full cycle from campaign structure to creative testing to optimization, and report on performance with clarity. You are expected to take ownership of account performance and operate with limited daily supervision.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta platforms
  • Build and execute structured creative testing roadmaps
  • Manage budgets, bids, and audience segmentation across multiple accounts
  • Analyze performance daily and adjust based on data, not assumptions
  • Brief designers and copywriters on creative angles tied to performance hypotheses
  • Report on results in a way stakeholders can act on, not just read

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads accounts
  • Documented experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, custom audiences, and CAPI
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and what each metric actually tells you
  • Ability to read creative performance data and turn it into the next test
  • Experience working with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad creative
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in spreadsheets
  • Ability to explain past campaign decisions and what you learned from them

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid social platforms
  • Experience with ecommerce or lead-gen accounts in B2B contexts
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other attribution platforms
  • Basic knowledge of GA4 and server-side tracking setup
  • Scandinavian or European market experience
