Novasou is the Bangkok-based operating company that employs those team members locally and runs the operational infrastructure on the ground. OffshoreWings is the brand and the commercial relationship. Novasou is the legal employer of every team member in Thailand.

When you build a team through OffshoreWings, each team member is formally employed by Novasou under a Thai employment contract. Salary, benefits, payroll, taxes, and compliance with Thai labour law are all handled through Novasou.

OffshoreWings handles the client-facing side: model design, hiring strategy, integration with your business. Novasou handles employment, HR, the office, IT, and the day-to-day local management. Your team works exclusively for you, but in a stable Thai employment structure.

You lead the work. We run the operation.

You sign one contract with OffshoreWings. You receive one monthly bill. You speak to one OffshoreWings contact for everything related to the team.

Behind that single relationship, Novasou employs your team in Thailand under Thai law. Novasou runs the office, the payroll, the HR, and the local day-to-day. The legal and operational work stays with us.

You pay a single fixed monthly fee per specialist, which covers all day-to-day operations.
